Before you begin tracking expenses it is important and necessary to create a baseline of expenses by entering all of the Telecom expense categories called Rate Groups and Rate Names that you wish to follow. You can build the table item by item or you can create a Rate Comparison Template that can be used over and over again on multiple Customer/Location records.
