TelcoMgr Version and Release Numbers
The first one or two numbers from the left (##.###.###) indicate a new version, which adds new and significant functionality and, or features. The middle numbers (##.###.###) indicates new features, reports and, or tables were added. The last one, two or three numbers from the left (##.###.###) indicates something was fixed or enhanced.
