1)Added new "Follow-up" fields to the History Table in version 5.4:

a)Requires Follow-up [X] Checkbox

b)Follow-up Due Date

c)Follow-up Done [X] Checkbox

d)Follow-up Done Date

 

The Checkbox for Requires Follow-up and Follow-up Done toggle between checked and unchecked. The Due Date remains static and the Done Date is stamped with the date that the Follow-up Done checkbox is saved as checked.
